Got a bathroom fitted out for my Dad and couldn't have chosen a better company to do it. Excellent service and communication throughout and the work was carried out to a very high standard. Credit to everybody involved in making this happen so quickly. My Dad is really pleased with the result and that is the main thing. No more having to climb over a bath to get a shower which is much better for him.

Recently we decided to refurbish our bathroom, which was in need of modernisation but, more importantly, it didn’t meet my needs as a disabled person using a wheelchair. Project Manager Jim quickly understood our requirements and designed a new layout which met our specific needs and would also transform the space in to a modern bathroom that we could be proud of.Jim, Barry, and the other members of the team were all very professional throughout the project, and the quality of their work was excellent. Jim updated us regularly on the progress of the work and he was happy to discuss any issues we had, and accommodate any changes where necessary. He took great care to ensure we were happy with all the changes he was making throughout the project. The work was completed within the agreed timeframe, and the team did an excellent job of tidying up afterwards.The new bathroom has completely transformed my bathing experience, particularly the new layout of the shower space. We used Edinburgh Mobility bathrooms to create a safe and accessible bathroom for my very elderly parents. We were very pleased with the results. Jim was a brilliant communicator, was trustworthy and responsive when questions came up or decisions needed to be made. He gave good advice and knew what would work under the circumstances. Our project hit a few bumps when structural problems were found. The team solved these quickly and ploughed on. We decided that we needed a Wet-room, both for ourselves and for when elderly parents visit. After looking at various options over a 12 month period, we eventually chose Edinburgh Mobility Bathrooms (EMB) and did not regret it. EMB provided a baseline design which included a proper ‘wet-room’ floor and waterproof wall panels. EMB supported us in selecting suitable fixtures and fittings. The installation was completed within a week which including solving some idiosyncrasies of our bathroom. Jim and his team were excellent at explaining each stage and involved us when any decisions were needed about positioning etc. They also fitted our wall cabinet and window blind which we supplied.EMB provided excellent aftercare whenever ‘bedding in’ issues arose, without any question.In summary Edinburgh Mobility Bathrooms provided an excellent overall service from start to finish and represent great value for money

I cannot praise Edinburgh Mobility Bathrooms enough! They have to be the most efficient and professional firm I’ve ever come across. And more than that- compassionate. Thanks to them we now have a downstairs study converted into the most wonderful wet room/ shower room with grab rails and all other features taken into consideration for my disabled and near blind 91 year old father. I’m really immensely grateful. And they even got it all down just before Christmas! Great service from Jim and co. Workmen clean and tidy, and all work completed on time. My grandfather is very pleased and is now able to shower safely with ease. The most important thing in my opinion, was that Jim and his colleagues seemed to genuinely care about what they were doing and that makes all the difference.

Recently had bathroom conversion to shower room with walk-in shower for mobility reasons. Very pleased with the result and Jim, the Advisor was extremely helpful in all the stages of the job. Overcame any obstacles that arose and even went the extra mile and drove through to Glasgow and picked up the Bathroom cabinet that I had picked. Cleaned up after themselves and had no problems concerning Covid distancing etc.

My parents had a wetroom fitted and the whole process went brilliantly from start to finish, despite some tricky logistical issues. A thoroughly great bunch . The end product is perfect , very stylish and not the least bit clinical. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company .

I can’t praise them highly enough. Jim and his team came recommended to us and I can say at the time in our lives when things were changing fast there was nothing that was to much trouble. They advised what they thought would work for our situation and additional work that would make life easier for my husband. Listened to all our worries and came up with solutions.The work only took just over a week with a great result.Nothing was a problem for any of the team and the after care was great.
